USE CASE

Distribute a tutorial with its project files

A creator prepares a video tutorial, a PDF guide and a ZIP archive. They upload them to CreatorVault and configure access for subscribers at the required tier, who can watch the video and use the materials.

An illustrative use case: people, activities and values in the previews are examples.
Upload

Prepare videos, PDFs and a ZIP archive

The creator gives each resource a recognizable name, so subscribers can tell the lesson apart from the downloadable materials.

Set the conditions for each item and test the access flow with the correct profile.

Delivery

FEATURES

Files, videos and access rules

Documents, images, audio and archives

Distribute different types of materials through one service. Supported formats, storage and upload limits depend on your plan: check the file requirements before an important upload.

Permissions for each piece of content

Set up the available access conditions by platform, subscription and tier. Twitch, YouTube and Kick are included in the access rules: members must link the appropriate account so their status can be checked.

Integrated video player

Videos can be played directly on the platform. The player makes it easier to present content alongside project resources, without requiring an external public video destination.

Downloads and views

View available file counts and activity. The data helps you understand how materials are used; a view alone does not measure attention or content completion.

Resources in CreatorHub

Add files and content to your hub to give your community a place to find them. The conditions configured for each item still determine who can access it.

Protection and limits of restricted content

The rules protect the platform’s access process. They do not guarantee protection against screen recordings or copies made by people who already have access: keep this limitation in mind when sharing materials.

REQUIREMENTS

What to check before uploading

Review your files and decide who can access each resource.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions about files and access

Can I upload files other than videos?

Yes. The service also supports documents, images, audio and archives. Accepted formats and sizes remain subject to plan limits and upload rules.

Is knowing the link enough to view a restricted resource?

Access follows the content’s requirements. For subscription-based requirements, members must be identified through the correct linked account.

Does the Vault prevent all copying?

No. Access control determines who can reach content on the platform; it cannot guarantee that an authorized user will not copy or record it.

How much storage do I have?

Storage and limits depend on your plan. Check the plan comparison and available storage in Studio before planning your archive.
